1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 13 years old, and have parental consent if under 18.
- You confirm that the information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs through your account.
3. The service
Awamer provides tools that rely on AI models for text and image generation, data analysis, and more. The service is provided "as is" and features and prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Free trials and paid subscriptions
- We may offer a limited number of free trials for each new user.
- Continued use of paid tools requires topping up credits via wallet packages.
- Payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to its own terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for any of the following:
- Generating content that violates local or international laws.
- Creating offensive, sexual, hateful, or violent content.
- Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties.
- Attempting to breach the platform, bypass usage limits, or misuse the tools.
- Reselling the service or making it available to a third party without prior written permission.
- Using automated tools (bots / scrapers) to extract data or issue requests in bulk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this policy without prior notice.
5. Content you produce
- You retain ownership of the prompts you enter and of the outputs they produce to the extent permitted by law.
- You alone are responsible for the content you produce — its accuracy and suitability for your use case.
- You grant us a non-exclusive license to use aggregated data to improve the service without revealing your identity.
- AI may generate inaccurate or misleading content. We do not guarantee the correctness or error-free nature of outputs.
6. Intellectual property
All rights in the site — design, logo, interfaces, code, original copy — belong to Awamer or its licensors. They may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
7. Payments and refunds
- Prices are shown in the currency listed on the packages page and may include taxes depending on your country.
- Purchased credits are usable inside the platform only and are not redeemable for cash.
- Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the credit has not been used, at our discretion.
- In case of suspected fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to suspend the transaction and refund it.
8. Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any explicit or implicit warranties. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. You use the platform at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awamer, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages (such as loss of profits, data, or reputation) resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability in all cases shall not exceed amounts actually paid in the last 6 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Awamer harmless from any claim, loss, or liability arising from: (a) your violation of these terms, (b) your misuse of the platform, (c) your violation of a third party's rights.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate it if you violate these terms or if required by legal compliance. The disclaimer, liability limits, and intellectual property clauses survive termination.
12. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will indicate the last-updated date at the top of the page and may notify you via email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after an update counts as acceptance of the new version.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is settled amicably, otherwise before the competent courts.
